About me

I am Olivia Espinoza. An experienced, Holistic Personal Trainer and fitness coach who is certified as a Master practitioner of NLP .

I have an extensive CV which includes international work in South America and in the Uk; taking on different projects all to do with self development. In 2013, after 10 years of hardship and travelling a lot across the two continents , I settled in the NorthWest of England. Since then I have ran a number of wellbeing projects working with the elderly and the youth.

I have participated in various community projects and jobs which require skills in social care. After a couple of years and a lot of training and education, I was ready to help people of a mix of ages and backgrounds to also become healthy both on the inside and out.

I’ll guide you to achieving these goals using your own tools that are already available to you like : Goals, visions, self care , determination and consistency .
